Booking/Cancellation Policy

Our time, like yours, is very valuable to us. Just as you may be in need of an appointment other guests may be in need of your appointment…so please be courteous and make your cancellation in a timely manner so that others may benefit from this sought-after time. All multiple services, any service with a duration of one hour or more, or any service we deem necessary may be subject to the requirement of providing a credit, debit, or gift card number to book and hold an appointment. To provide you with the highest possible level of service, all appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice or Points will be deducted.  Service bookings up to $50, 25,000 point deduction. $50 and up, 50,000 Point deduction. All Bridal parties require a 50% advance Credit Card deposit and also require a 48 hour cancellation notice or deposit will not be refunded.

Return Policy

Retail products may be returned with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase.  A store credit/Giftcard will be issued for all returns.

Giftcards/certificates are Not Refundable. Giftcards/certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

All Services are guaranteed for one week from date of service.  A store credit/Giftcard will be issued for all returns.

Etiquette

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow enough time for your Consultation. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping you to ensure that your modesty is respected. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.

We enjoy serving your children as well. In order to preserve a tranquil atmosphere, please bring your precious little ones only when they are receiving services. Children are prohibited from entering the spa.

Pricing

To insure our guests receive the comfort and satisfaction they deserve during the time spent with us, we base our pricing on the complete service time booked. This includes initial consultation, technical service, ending consultation, product recommendations to continue your experience at home until your next appointment and introducing you to our AVEDA Advisor to complete your service. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities not included.

Reservations

We recommend making salon and spa reservations four to six weeks in advance to assure desired appointments. A major credit card or gift card are needed to guarantee all spa packages and bridal party reservations.
