The opportunity
Build your career at Taylor Stevens Salon, an Aveda salon in Geneva Commons, Geneva, Illinois. We are hiring a full-time Hair Stylist.

Learning is part of the work
Build your skills through scheduled, paid education time with Andrea, supported by Taylor. Our training includes cutting and color coaching and advanced in-salon education.
Beyond scheduled training, our team is here to mentor, share knowledge, and collaborate. You’ll have people to learn from and teammates who want you to succeed.
Ask questions, work through challenges, and develop the skills needed to meet performance expectations.
Together, we review the guest experience you deliver, client reviews and retention, rebooking, and product knowledge and recommendations.

Training, education, coaching sessions, and team meetings are paid time.
