When are my points awarded?
Appointment points are awarded after you visit the salon for your service. Check the bottom of your receipt for your balance.
What happens if I cancel late or miss an appointment?
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows result in a points deduction. Scheduled services under $50 have a 25,000-point deduction; services of $50 or more have a 50,000-point deduction.
Is this the same as Aveda Plus Rewards?
Taylor Stevens loyalty points are our salon’s complimentary program. Aveda Plus Rewards is a separate program with its own membership terms and rewards.
